Incompetence would be great they just ignore you!

I go into a store get helped but he can only phone head office and they even ignore their own staff!!!
Nashua Mobile Staff will tell you how pathetic the company they work for is!!!

I got my sim card swapped on Saturday 30th March and my dual card (twin call, not sure which is the correct name) has never worked. I got an sms saying a new service has been added, allow 2-24hours. i logged this via email with them on the 3rd of April and got the standard email response.

Pathetic as usual. My previous issue 4th March took 2 weeks to fix my voice mail.
