Pathetic service

My contract ended 18 December 2013 with Nashua Mobile, I started with application process at MTN South Downs on Monday 6th Jan 2013, MTN has arranged all paper work, and began the porting process.
I have been waiting a week for nashua mobile to get thier side of things organized but as usual the slow and useless service of nashua mobile continued, waiting for more than 20 min on hold, no body getting back to me, and again putting me on hold with no response to speak to a supervisor. The call centre staff are inadequately trained, as none of them had the know how or capability to help. For these exact reasons I am leaving this pathetic company. They call them selves a service provider, there is no service provided, just staff that are useless. Can't wait to get away from this useless company. Future customers steer clear!!!
