I called about my line speed that is extremely slow (i have an 2mb connection and i am getting an download speed of 0.12mb and an upload speed of 0.03mb) they recreated my port, no diffrence was noted this was on the 1st of April the guy told me he will have an look and call me back and never gave me an ref number.
Called in on the 6th of april was told they will send someone out to have an look I have recieved no feedback whatsoever regarding my call and my line speed had deteriorated since to the point where i cant even access google.
This is very frustrating since I have to manage dedicated servers I host for small businesses from my home pc.
