Hi Vodacom
I would like to know howcome my phone needs to be either software upgraded or somethind needs to be installed on my phone.
My battery has been giving me problems, it literally dies within a half a day when on 3G, although, I have changed it to EDGE, although better on EDGE, the batter life still seems to be bad!
Is there a general problem with the BB 9360's batteries?
Also, I am almost out of my warranty, so please advise whether I should take it into Vodacom, although your staff is not the friendliest!!!
