Hi, I hope you will be able to help as I don't know what to do anymore, except going to the newspaper!! I've had a contract with vodacom for over 5-6 years now. I upgraded my contract in October 2012 with a Blackberry 9360 and ever since i had this phone it gave me problems!! I returned the phone on day 7/8 and it was replaced with a new one because it had some software problem. Well, after that the phone went back for about 3 times with software problems and memory card problem, but every time it comes back with the same problem. Vodacom says its not there problem, its a Blackberry problem, in the meantime they gladly accepting my payments every month' yet I am without a phone most of the time. After it came back for the 3rd time, ie last week the phone had damages on sides and I could accept any calls, don't know what this problem was this time. PLEASE HELP!! This is reallllly unacceptable and bad service to say the least...
