Firstly I am a HUGE Samsung fan. But however this is inconvenient. I got my galaxy S4 with 8ta in May on contract, this phone is working perfectly however the battery life is draining immensely. The batter was working fine up until November. Now I was willing to buy a new battery at Vodashop Menlyn but one of the guy at Vodacom told me that there was a batch of S4's with faulty batteries. I went to 8ta as the phone is still under warranty to get the batter replaced now they want the phone for 3 week to send it in for repairs. I cannot sit without a phone for three weeks I need it for business. I know that it is the battery as I have tested it for 2 days with my friends S4 battery, then the battery lasted until 21:30 where now its permanently on charge. PLEASE assist me with this issue.
