Incorrect debit of account

Vodacom contacted me on Saturday morning, but unfortunately the representative left a message that he would contact me again shortly. Needless to say I have not heard from them again. I did however receive an e-mail requesting that I provide certaini nformation in order for them to investigate the problem. They needed my cell number which they contacted me on. This confuses me a bit, but then again it is Vodacom. Almost a month and a half and still I have not been refunded the money they were not entitled to in thee first place.
