Bad service and incompetent consultant

I would like to bring to your attention that I have received no joy from your Nashua customer contact center nor Nashua The Glen store. The call center agents are not equipment/trained to handle customer complaint efficient or effectively. It is with regret and displeasure that we have gone 6 months since the issue has been raised and not resolved even me trying on numerous occasions (log can be provided of all communication with Nashua mobile).

I contact the sale assistant Mdu at The Glen Nashua Mobile offices today and he has no mannerisms and has no respect toward Nashua Mobile customers. I quote him "You can call Mark Taylor I give you the go ahead".

I returned the Samsung S4 to Nashua mobile last year August and to date it has not been cancelled. I practiced my write as stipulated within the CPA and returned the phone as the service was delivered by the service provide, further more Nashua Mobile has failed to process this the cancellation. I request to speak to his manager, he informed me that the manager has left for the day @ 13.30 25-01-2014. Whom takes accountability as this store.
