Hi,

I have been with telkom over a year now and the and the first six months with them were great. I have reported on hello peter about this issue before only to be in the exact same situation with my adsl line! Telkom this is really not on it seems every complaint you get you never do anything to rectify the problem! The fact that my ping on my 2meg line is always above 300ms and sometimes above 500ms is just not on! I'm a paying customer yet every call I make to telkom the consultants say it's normal or there is nothing wrong this is a disgrace, are your consultants even trained properly? I don't think telkom quiet know what they are doing. When a telkom sent someone out here he said it's a problem at the exchange, did it get fixed, um no! So after at least 20calls, two complaints on hello peter and three guys that were sent out the problem is the same and has been for six months! I know complaining via hello peter won't even help but it's worth a try! I mean 3g is better for me at the moment and it's cheaper! I want who ever responds to all these hello peter posts to stop there nonsense and tell me what to do! I'll report every day until u fix my line! Thank u. Nick Lotis
