Very discussed, should not have upgraded my contract with Nashua Mobile again.
I was asked by Ilana Poran where my phone should be delivered, if to my address I would have had to pay R 70 delivery fee, but if it was send to the local Nashua Mobile branch I would not have to pay the delivery fee. My phone was then not delivered by the address as I've asked for, but to the Nashua Mobile Upington branch. I had to collect my phone. I received my invoice and to no surprise the R 70 was billed for delivery! The BIS is still not cancelled on the contract either, I went to the local branch to cancel this on the 1st of Feb - still billed!
Tried contacting the Call Centre 3 times, nobody wants to assist and keeps one on hold for so long that the line goes dead. I'll definitely not upgrade with them again or recommend Nashua Mobile to anyone.
