I have had a problem every month for four months where my phone is switched off for about a week at a time because cell c debited from the wrong account my phone has now been terminated even though money been taken off. I have asked cell c to double debit a total of 8 times, i have given my credit card details to a total of 6 different people and a total of 34 re submissions have been said to be done with no response what pathetic service is this. I have sent Ruth over ten emails with no response each time i go to hello petter i get a response saying sorry Mr Lemmer we will rectify the matter WOW im still waiting months already. Maybe employ people who know what they are doing and whom is willing to help customers
