Its been about 4 months that i changed my banking details and i have phone 4 times so that they can correct it on the system for the debit order! although i have money in my account my debit order yet again isn't debited and my phone is switched off, and this happens every month. I also went to the three river branch to fix this!! how many times is this still going to happen and my phone is being cut off! i really want the head of cell c to phone me and explain why the people in the call centre cant understand if you tell then something 4 times and why I'm being penalised for their stupidity!!! switch my phone back on!!! if not i will take this further!!! Please explain to me how i will be able to make a urgent call when I'm in need if my phone is being cut off because of my pathetic network provide
