Terrible service!!!

I have been on hold for a week!!! I waited for the iphone 5 for months. I received absolutely no word from cell c cresta but persevered in following it up. I eventually dealt with cell c direct. I received my new cell phone via couriers on Monday but it was delivered without a micro sim. I went in to cell c clearwater and was told, with a shrug of the shoulders, that they could not help me as I had to deal with cell c direct. Everytime I phone I am just on hold. Does anyone actually work there or is it just the automated response because I have yet to deal with a human being who is able to help. I have gotten through to two people so far and been transferred both times to another line where I just remain on hold until I eventually give up! I have emailed my problem numerous times. I have sms'ed. Still no response. I am paying for a phone that i cannot use and my current phone has been on its last legs for months. I began my upgrade process 2 months ago. THIS IS CRAZY!
