Four months and no one has solved the problem . every month my phone gets cut and i right to hellopetter and i then get a call back saying cellc will sort it out and they sorry for the inconvenience. How long must this carry on before the problem gets sorted out or is it easier to say sorry we can not assist you but we will escalate the problem forward, i heard that 4 times today alone. I have given my credit card details to four different people who assured me they will rectify the problem as well as asked over 24 people to double debit as they debited from the wrong account four months in a row all i can say is USELESS
