Illegally Billing
I have a contract of R329 contract will Cell C with a Debt Order on the last day of every month.
Cell C has Illegally Debited my account FIVE times in Two different Occasions. Last time I checked this is More Correctly-WhiteCollar.
* On July 31st Cell C debited R114 twice [Total R228]
Plus my Normal debt order of R329 went through
* On 15th August Cell C debited R 619.61 R 951.77 R 564.53 [Total: 2 135.91]
On this has cost me a further R180 of bank charges as my account did not money for unpaid debts.
I have asked someone to contact me back but no-one has informed when will this be sorted.
Both Call Centre and Manager dealing with this has no answer.
Over two weeks nothing is happening. Where from now, I DONT KNOW!!!
I was told that I will be refunded last week Friday 23rd August but nothing happening todate! No Communication update and its me that is chasing Cell C with no results.
