No feedback of repair and late delivery

I gave my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) in for repairs on the 19th February 2013 and must have had it back after 4 to 6 weeks. I still haven't received my phone and it has been 7weeks now. Every time I have to phone them for a status update on my phone after they told me they would phone me. Every time I speak with one of the consultants they tell me they don't see anything on the system and they would update me if anything happens. the last time I had an update was on the 12th of March 2013. The last time I tried to get an update from them there was no answer and I still haven't heard anything from them. Their service is completely unexceptable and I'm getting sick and tired of this for this is the second time this has happened. I have been a loyal customer to them for many years and I never gave them any problems.
