About 2 months ago android and Samsung send out a update for Samsung galaxy s4. However the update had several bugs, and only retracted the update after I did the update on my 3 month old phone. Now my phone is 5.5 months old, and I need to return the whole phone with original box and charger in order to get a new phone. I have moved in the meantime, and lost the box. The charger I have. Now today, after struggling for weeks, the battery starts to swell up, and looks like it might explode any moment. The bugs that came with the update up my phone. If it is not on charge, I will die as soon as I open a app. if it dies... it is battery out, battery in after 3 min, plug in charger, try 5 times to switch on and then it will work again.
Samsung help!!! I love the S4 but not at the moment. What can you do for me???
