I took my car for repairs on 18 February 2013, and it took them 4 weeks to start on the repairs of the vevicle, after I phoned them numerous time and threatened to take my car to someone else.
no one bothers to phone and updated with the status of the car and you have to leave 3 or more messages before you can get a call back, and again with no current status update.
I'm really disappointed with the service I'm getting from Budget Insurance repair team, and I'm seriously considering change of insurance.
