Great experience thus far for a new 1mbps uncapped ADSL line. Installation procedure was quick, efficient and painless. More importantly, Telkom kept me informed throughout the process, both with technician visits and installation procedures through calls and sms. They even did a post delivery query on whether the line was working correctly.
Thus far, service delivery has been excellent and uninterrupted.
I can only comment on my own experience, but for me Telkom has upped their game since I last dealt with them.
