I ordered a 2mbps adsl uncapped line from telkom, the installation was done today, the technician was on the phone the whole time, doing everything in a rush... When I asked the technician what to do after the installation he could only say I must go to telkom branch in Westgate.. I asked him will i need to take my ID book with or proof of res and he said he doesn't know... I mean surely he must know what to tell the customers...
