Major problems MTN

Hi,

I have dealt with this complaint for two months, and today was the last hour I wasted my time with MTN.

18/01/2013
I went to Mooirivier Mall, Potchefstroom, North West, their number 0838696673. MTN store to do the usual 2 year upgrade.
I asked for a- Use my own- option where I can keep my phone, and just extend my current R750 contract. The store manager said, that there is no such options, I have to take another phone and my contract will be R820/month. There is NO OTHER OPTION.

She said that she will cancel my BBM and BIS to keep my bill R740/month.
, I said ok. If this is the only way...
In the next 6 days, the new phone's (Blackberry 9790) battery did not work, I went to an MTN store, and they replaced the battery for me (after I told them that I cannot go back to Potchefstroom, because I am not from there, to change the battery and I have 7days to fix this!) This was in Boksburg.

Came back home (Stellenbosch, Western Cape), went to the MTN store, because R820 was deducted from my account. Only then did i discover that there was an option that was available from the 02/01/2013 (thats before I did my upgrade!) for a Use your own 750@R579.
