Applied on the 20/11/2013.

Was contacted on the 26/11/2013 for installation date and re-confirmation the 27/11/2013.

28/11/2013 Technician called me at around 8AM, arranged 9AM installation.

Connections was all made from what was already on the property, fault was found with the old wiring from the house to the pole. New installation was done and tested.

Router installed, the phone line and ADSL was tested and confirmed.

Got home later that night, ran the setup disk provided with the router and I was on in a few minutes.

Thanks for great service provided. The Technician was very helpful and friendly (big thumbs up to George)

P.S. My ADSL line already upgraded to a 2Mbps (Fairbridge Heights, Uitenhage)
