I have no words for how pathetic the service delivery is with telkom here in camps bay.
I installed a brand new fixed line and adsl line as well as telkom Internet in the last week of November.
From the date of installation until now the 29th of December the so called installed fixed line and adsl line has not worked at all. After numerous calls and complaints and re logging complaints and escalations still no one has bothered to contact me to resolve the line. However telkom are very efficient in their billing dept. Fully charged for the installation and the month of no connection. Telkom your service levels are an absolute disgrace and you are a disgusting brand ambassador for this country. Shame on you!
