I booked my phone (8520 Blackberry) for a software upgrade on the 13/11/12 it came back on the 19/11/12 tricky part is when it came back it wasnt my 8520 Gorge from MTN Boulders Mall in Midrand said this is what usually happens they swap phones. I thought it was working fine cos it was probably booked for a software upgrade also but it wasnt accept it kept on rebooting itself I took it back (but at MTN in Benoni Lakeside). I waited for 2 weeks then when they it came back it worked for a week then rebooted itself and gave me an errior massege that kept on saying I should reset my phone ever since that the screen of that/ its been black it is not working. I'm a dj/producer I stay in touch to my "fans" but the whole of December I couldnt email/whatsapp/tweet/facebook people. People couldn t get hold of me I must' ve lost out on many gigs thanx to MTN and the phone that's not even mine mine only needed a software upgrade. Can you please help me get my working phone back please I cant stand this phone!
