No Internet supply via our 3g USB modem since November 2012
The contract is only new and clearly what the salesman (Astraf) (vodacom somerset west) sold us is not suitable for our area.
Since November we did the following:
3x Visit the S/West Vodacom Branch - sorry this service will be like this for an undertemine period
asked for alternative, sorry nothing!
3x Online chat agents - we will look into this matter - S3-MJA36-69FGI... still waiting!
10 phone calls to customer service and cancellations dept... we will arrange engineer (still waiting) but at the same time they say it will be of till March? why send engineer then? (hence probably why not coming)
2x emails have been send lodging the complaints to customer care... we will look into this...
We are loosing business and who will compensate for that? who will pay for our time we spend to try and get this sorted, I am sick to death now of chasing!!
I want to cancel my contract and they cant even do that, the system is not working. I am stop paying for this contract and refuse to rejoin for something or service as pathetic as this, never experience this before.
Where is my right as an consumer?
