I am so fed up with you guys!!! I have never in my life encountered such incompetence and useless staff members!! It really is a miracle that you guys are still in business!!!
You get a supervisor to phone me TODAY!!! I am sick and tired of being billed!!! Virgin mobile promised to have this sorted out and that a manager would call me in December!!! No surprise that it never happened!!! This is my 4th complaint on Hellopeter about the same issue!!!
You keep on deducting money from my account for a contract that was cancelled and then I never receive the airtime for that!! Bunch of. I should just go and press charges at the SAPS.
