Faulty device and bad service

Upgraded to a Black Berry Bold 9790 on 03/01/2013.Since I got the phone the dive did not work 100%. When I am on call with someone the unit echos in their ear. The phone kept getting very hot and kept on freezing. I took it to the VodaShop Repair Vanderbijlpark where they done a software upgrade in sore. Devise still had the same problems. 07/03/2013 (Job nr 8670662-5757864) booked phone in again and got phone back 12/03/2013. Device still had the same problem. 15/03/13 (Job nr 8694575-5758419) Got phone back 22/03/13.Still the same echo problem. 03/04/13 (Job nr 8740843-5759492) booked phone in again. Got phone back 15/04/13. Booked phone in again 24/04/13 (Job nr 8813611576). Phone escalations dept Ref S3/pnu7v/v29r.02/05/13 Escalations dept reported they done a software upgrade (5th upgrade).13/05/13 Booked phone in again (Job 8855123) Still have the same problem. When are they going to realise this is a faulty devise. I am completely fudupp with this service and I am sitting with a HUGE phone bill due to this device never working probably and me having to use another phone while still paying this BIS service. This needs to be resolved ASAP! I have completly lost faith in Vodacom
