I have been trying to get hold of the MTN Contract Department, and no luck so far either my call gets cut or when I try and return the call the number all of a sudden becomes incorect. I have send them a Request to contact me back and what my problem is, up to date I have had no calls that's been returned or an email stating why they can not get back to me, I've now had enough and are reaching a point where I feel like cancelling all of my contracts with MTN and moving to another service provider hoping to get better service. I dont know what MTN consultants are doing at work because they are certanly not delivering any service the way it's suppose to be deliverd.
So hopfully with this informatuion more people will make a beter desion before choosing MTN as their service provider.
