I upgraded my cellphone contract and chose the new Sony Experia. One month later, the phone had problems and I went th the outlet to have it sorted out. The personnel said they will send it for repairs and it will take three weeks. In this period, I will be without a phone. On top of this, I have to pay for Sim swap if I want to use my own old phone in this period and again when the Sony is back, because the Sony takes a micro SIM. I was told that I have to call customer care from my own phone and the personnel refused to speak to customer care. While I was speaking to someone at customer care, the personnel in the store were chatting and laughing so loud, that I could barely hear the conversation. When I asked to speak to the store manager, I was told that he went to the bank and was not available. For the rest of the day, he was unavailable and nobody called me as promised.
