On 28 April 2013 my contract cellphone, 9 months old, wouldn't work anymore. When I tried to download whatsapp, photos, etc the screen goes dead. MTN Heidelberg sent it in for repairs. After a week it was back. Report said no fault found, but it still had the same problem. The phone was then sent back another 3 times, with specifications about the problem. The 4th time it was sent back, we put in a request for a new phone. Yesterday the "new" refurbished phone was back. Same type, same model. I asked for a sim swop, so that the sim card will have a bigger memory. They did that overnight. This morning I switched on the "new" phone, same problem, ONLY WORSE. I couldn't even send a sms. Back to the shop. There was a man, named Paul. He said he would now test it himself, on his computer. I phoned late this afternoon to hear what the problem is. The shop said they have to send it back again, now for the 5th time. The new software in the phone is NOT NEW at all!! They now asked for another model/type. Maybe NEXT Friday they wil have a new phone for me. It will then be 10 weeks that I couldn't use my phone, and I pay my contract each month. I am frustrated and very unhappy. Help please!
