Touch screen malfunctioned for 3rd time in a year. Sent it to repair centre at The Bridge where manager was supposed to motivate replacement of handset. Handset was once again repaired and returned to the branch. Manager advised me to phone 0831944 and operator referred me back to branch for further action. Manager was too busy to take my call or return my calls. I expect my handset to be replaced with a different model. Do not want the same defective product. I have been a Vodacom customer for almost 20 years and expect better service from them and their staff/suppliers.
