Not accepting payment via debit card

I went to pay my account only to wait 15 minutes for the cashier to come out the store room to attend to me when i presented my account to pay i was told they only accept cash. I told him i phoned and they said i can pay via debit card and the masjine is standing in front of him. Once again i was told this store only accepts cach.please tell me how do-you life up to your values and how do you expect clients to walk around with a lot of cash and put your stores up for? You ask for payment but dont want to accept! There is NO sign in the store stating they only assept cash!!! ] The account is on 0823357065
