Charged twice for a bed and still no refund

I purchased a bed from your store in Umthatha on 5 November 2013 and paid with my standard bank debit card.

Odidi who processed the payment said that it had been declined which I thought was strange as I had just drawn cash from my account.[the transaction in my bank account reads 5-11-2013 debit card purchase from 459452 ELL 1NB 12H16 916720985 R1999-99.]

I then decided to pay with the cash I had just drawn and Odidi said she reversed the card transaction. Odidi has a copy of the slip. So I have now paid R3999-98 for a bed that cost 1999-99.

It is now the 1 month later and the money still has not been refunded into my account.
I have on a number of occasions contacted the store but nothing has happened and nobody is responding to me!

Please attend to this matter IMMEDIATELY!!!
