Missing payment

I have an edgars account only to find out the payment i made on the 14TH December 2013 @07:53 Jet Eloff street was paid into a cash card. I never knew i had a cash card well my name still reflect on ITC as a late payer & the money still not in my account. I went to Jet ELOFF i was told to phone 0800 203 925 spoke to Pumla & she told me i need to go back to the store. Why are we send from pillar to post? I work with complaints every day & sure won't allow my customer to be pushed up & down. Why couldn't someone tell me i had a cash card & the payment was made incorrectly. Lerato made a mistake yes but as a customer not working for EDCON what must i do? Fed-up at this point.
