We cancelled our account in Nov last year, then took out a wifi contract. the devices did not work and the client services could not sort out the problem so we returned the goods and the contract has been cancelled.. In Dec, Jan, Feb and now again at the end of March debit orders have continued to be deducted. The amounts always vary. The manager of the goodwood N1 CITY branch hasn't made much effort to sort out the problem and I emailed their customer service and only recieved an automated response. My husband will have to now change his bank account because we cannot get this sorted out.
