Contract upgrade Impossible

On Saturday, I went for my biannual cellular contract upgrade by CellC. I've been a client of thiers for many years, paying my contract on time, only to be told that I cannot get the contract I currently have due to whatever reasons. I have to change my package. I refused because I was happy with what I currently has and just a few minutes earlier I recieved a brand new data contract from Vodacom. Im unhapy about the service I recieved and feel like closing down my account all together.
