Blackberry Fair usage policy

I have always been with Cell C and have never had a problem before. I actually defended the network when I heard any negative statements about them from friends and family.

My boyfriend took out 2 Blackberry contracts with Cell C 3 months ago after being contacted by a sales agent-1 for him and 1 for myself. The only reason he took the contracts with Cell C was because the agent told him that we would have unlimited Internet, email and Blackberry services. This was something that appealed to us and our needs as we like to download music etc.

We were both happy until this fair usage policy came about. Why did the agent promise us that we would be totally happy when 3 months down the line we are not. We can't download anymore-it uses up all our fair usage data. We shouldn't have taken the contract with Cell C in the first place if we knew this was going to happen as there are other networks that would suit our needs.

We just want the contract terms that was promised to us-the terms that got us to take out the contract in the first place. We are totally dissatisfied with the contracts and are thinking about cancelling both contracts and changing networks as well if nothing changes.
