UPGRADE

It's been a few weeks that I've been waiting for someone to contact me regarding the upgrades of my line I have. No one seem to be interested in contacting me regarding this. One day I had a conference call with your call centre while assisting my father with his upgrade (please note initially he got his contract a while after me), he advise that he will contact me later the day, this was a week ago, I am still waiting. My husband have a contract with Vodacom, it seems like 8ta is not interested, the contract can run for the period it's supposed to, will cancel it after and renew the contracts with vodacom, because I can't ask a provider the same thing over and over. Unfortunately I live in a rural area and I am not willing to drive for nearly 2 hours and they don't have stock of the phones in question.
