Simple enquiry.
I tried to phone clicks today at 9:47 am to find out if they have a product in stock that I would like to buy.
Unfortunately their phones just ring, after a few moments the call is redirected and proceeds to hang up on you.
The number i dialed was the one listed on clicks store locator 035 792 1351.
I tried again for the next 5 minutes and still, no answer followed by being hung up on.
I followed this through with customer care centre and they pretty much said "Well, what do you want us to do about it? ", "There could be a number of reasons they are not answering their phones" they said.
I requested them to escalate this matter to the regional manager and they refused.
I requested to speak to someone in upper management; they refused.
I got frustrated and wondered what the purpose of customer care center was since they obviously did not care or do anything about my situation.
After googling around I found the number for the pharmacy at the clicks branch, I got through to someone who could not even understand english; they had to pass the phone to someone else; this person could not help me with me query and took down my number and has not called me back since.
