I bought a phone on sunday which use Micro SIM, I called vodacom & i was advice to call Jet contract service as my number it's a contract. I called yesterday the Jet contract service & i spoken to Jonas who assisted me & advice that i'll be contacted in the next 24 hrs by their Network department. Today i called them again as i havent recieve the call from them & I spoken to Lindiwe who gave me attitude telling me the different story from what I heard from Jonas saying that I need to go the Jet store with the proof of address to do a sim swop while she keep me on hold for long for no reason. Now i'm with the phone that is not working. I don't understand why I have to go the branch as my number to do the sim swop.
