Disgusting Service At Galleria Branch

I have sent my phone in for repairs for the 4th time on the 29.06.2013 and was assisted by Dudu. she provided me with a repair slip and contact details for the store.

On the 18.07.2013 i tried contacting the store only to find the number goes straight to voice mail. Googled mtn and got a contact number for the store eventually.

when i called i was assisted by AMANDA whom was rude to me. I asked if my phone was back from repairs and she told me very bluntly if i did not receive an sms or call from Mtn the my phone is not back. i called back and spoke to AMANDA again and i had explained that it is now the 20th day that my phone is been in for repairs and the CPA states repairs should be done within 21 days. i had provided AMANDA with my contact number and IMEI number and she promised to call back in 5 minutes which she did not do. i tried numerous times there after and no answer. Eventually when i did get through i had spoken to Dudu and she check and send my phone was delivered today only and no contacted me to inform me to collect.

Why couldn't AMANDA check if my phone was in the store the 1st time i called?
If my phone was in the store why did i not receive a phone call?
