Dear Caroline Peters
I bought a Samsung Galaxy cell phone on 24 November 2012 at the price of R1399. The cell phone stopped working in January. I took the cell phone back on 28 January. 2 weeks later I received a call saying that the phone is liquid damage. I know the phone did not get anywhere near to water and I need to pay over a R1000 to fix the phone.
Why is it always when you take your phone back to supplier to be fixed because it's faulty, you need to pay. I mean I only had the phone for 2 months old. I am not going allow clicks to get away from this, I want a full refund as I work hard for my money to waste on Clicks.
