Micro sim activation

I upgraded my contract to the top up 200 with the galaxy s3. I had to change to a micro sim, This was on Tuesday 2 April. On thursday 4 April I only received the message to day I have been upgraded and later on Thursday night my old sim was deactivated. My new micro sim is still not activated and its Friday 5 April. This process was supposed to take 24hours!
