Wednesday at 11am i called Vodacom Kenilworth Centre to enquire about a sim swop details.
The assistant on the phone ensured me i would never be without my number.
As the one gets activated the other stops. and it usually takes up to 24 hours to be activated
This was NOT the case.
On that same day i went into Vodacom Kenilworth to have a sim sop done from my micro sim to a nano sim.
This was 13h00
The next day, Thursday, 11am, my micro sim loses all cellular service.
I insert the new nano sim. and ALSO NO SERVICE!!!

I had to hunt for a borrowed phone to make a call to the customer care to find out the problem.
Call centre says that my sim swop request only came through on Thursday morning 8:45am
RIDICULOUS
I said fine. Ill be patient and wait 24hours from then.
Its OVER 24 hours and I STILL have no service!

My micro sim is deactivated and my New nano sim is not activated
So im here with NO signal on both phones!!

Im an entrepreneur and Im losing business because of this.
