I have been on the Vodacom network for about 10years and never had responses from them regarding complaints! The most recent issue is the POOR internet speed! 1kb/s!!! My device is a new BB 9790 bold, Got the phone after a vodacom consultant advised me to get rid of my 9300 curve since its a "old" phone and it is one of the reasons why mt internet speed is slow! Now. I have a brand new phone and the same thing happens!!! What now? Is Vodacon gonna give my money back for what I spent on the new device or what? Vodacom is growing to fast and does not care about an individual person because they will not be heard! Vodacom sees themselves as untouchable!! Stay away!!!
