I have a refurbished phone which I received from Vodacom after sending my original phone in for repairs three times in a period of 4-5 weeks, I have this refurbished phone for a month now and its giving me network problems, I called vodacom call centre and I was told by the consultant after doing the network troublshooting that if that process does not wrk its the device, so the device keeps going on "sos" now I got to send a so called, " brand new" phone back for fixing again. Its seems like my phone spends more time at vodacom repair centre than with me and this is totally unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for my phone so I expect it to be replaced!! Vodacom, catch a wake up, you wasting my time and money! I expect this to be sorted out ASAP or I'm changing my network provider!
