Hi
I bought a phone at Vodacom on April 2013. I took my Blackberry Curve 9790 back to Vodacom Hemmingways for the second time for repairs. The phone is constantly loosing network. I left the the phone at Vodacom on the 9th of July 2013 and have not yet even received a job number. The consultants do not even know where my phone is at.
Can someone from Vodacom please intervene.
