Misleading Information

I purchased a brand new blackberry curve mobile phone from Vodashop in Craighall Park in 07/03/2012. Since I have bought the phone it has given me nothing but problem after problem. The phone has been in at the very least for repairs four times for extended periods of time. The last time I gave the phone in for repairs they kept it for over five weeks while promising me that they would give me a new phone considering the level of problems that I have experienced since word go. I was assured by Vodashop that I would receive a new phone but then this week I was called in to come and collect my so called new phone and instead I was give a reconditioned phone. This is completely unacceptable and I am disgusted to say the least with the level of service that I have received. I would never ever recommend Vodacom and cannot believe that I have been given the run around that I have. I want to thank Hello Peter for giving consumers a platform in which to express their disatisfaction.
