I feel that Vodacom is really regardless and unreasonable and will take any opportunity to get money out of you for really simple things that could have been resolved. They are very quick to blame and say you are liable for your account, doesn't matter if it went over a call limit or not., and not even try to resolve or to put effort in to investigate a situation. I had a call limit of R100 on my data bundle account and it exceeded that limit due to an e-mail that was stuck in my outbox which generated a cost of R6000 of data. I really do not understand this cause the e-mail never ever went through even? There must have been a system problem with gmail or with the network, I also tried numerous times to delete this email to get it out of the outbox but it refused. When asking Vodacom what to do about it they said its my responsibility and its between me and gmail? I must try to sort it out? I tried from my side to get an answer from gmail and did not succeed - i didn't get any feedback from them. But still how can they keep me responsible if Vodacom allowed to exceed the limit and because of a system problem? And the service I received regarding this was ridiculous.
