I have an issue that logged with the site -REQ:1533198 The guy that responded to the first complaint never came back to me and i have to personally go to the H/O after a month. i found a CIP rep whom also gave me the run around for another month until finally he advise me that i could collect a new phone from the branch at B/C.when i went the branch the manger gave me the same phone back which has being there in his store for the past 8 months. when i told him that i was promised to collect a new phone he gave me such attitude and said the store cannot issue me with a new phone, tho the phone was sent in during the warranty/guarantee period. The CIP rep then changed his story. I don't know what else to do I'm not getting good service or feedback unless i follow ups and requested feedback. Both these MTN employees refuse to provide me with their seniors details. This service is disgusting and i would not upgrade or refer MTN to my family and friends.
